Abstract Online gaming, particularly Free Fire, has become a major part of college students' lives. While the game offers entertainment, strategic skill development, and social interaction, excessive gaming may negatively affect mental health, academic performance, sleep, and social relationships. This study examines the psychological impact of Free Fire on college students by analyzing the relationship between gaming habits and factors such as stress, emotions, aggression, social behavior, and academic outcomes. Using a descriptive research design and primary data collected through a structured questionnaire, the study aims to provide insights for students, parents, educators, and mental health professionals while encouraging responsible and balanced gaming practices.
