Abstract Electronic voting systems offer improved efficiency and transparency but face challenges related to voter privacy, fraud detection, and scalability. This paper proposes an AI-enhanced privacy-preserving blockchain voting framework that integrates blockchain smart contracts, Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKP), InterPlanetary File System (IPFS)-based off-chain storage, and artificial intelligence-driven anomaly detection. Blockchain ensures tamper-proof vote recording, ZKP enables secure vote verification without revealing voter choices, and IPFS reduces on-chain storage overhead. The AI module detects suspicious voting behaviour using Isolation Forest and supervised learning models. Experimental evaluation demonstrates high fraud detection accuracy, improved storage efficiency, and low processing latency, making the proposed framework a secure, scalable, and intelligent solution for modern electronic voting systems.
