To study Parasitization of H. armigera by campoletis chloridae under laboratory condition

Author(s) Archana Singh, Prof. Moti Chandra Yadav
Country India
Abstract Correlation analysis revealed that both maximum and minimum temperatures had a significant negative correlation with the parasitization of H. armigera larvae by C. chlorideae, indicating an adverse effect of higher temperatures on parasitoid activity. In contrast, relative humidity and rainfall exhibited positive but non-significant correlations with larval parasitization.
The mean percentage of parasitized larvae also varied across months. The maximum mean parasitization (52.25%) was recorded during December, followed by January (44.42%) and February (44.00%), while the minimum mean parasitization (18.66%) was observed during March.
