Abstract Background: Neonatal dermatological conditions, particularly Irritant Diaper Dermatitis (IDD) ICD-10 L22 and Infantile Seborrheic Dermatitis (ISD/Cradle Cap) ICD-10 L21, represent common, highly prevalent presentations in primary pediatric care and home environments. While standard medical management emphasizes barrier restoration, topical emollients, and hygiene, parental demand for complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) continues to grow due to concerns over chemical exposure, topical steroid side effects, and thin neonatal cutaneous barriers.
Keywords Diaper Dermatitis; Cradle Cap; Infantile Seborrheic Dermatitis; Homoeopathy; Integrative Pediatrics; Individualized homoeopathic remedy.
