| Abstract | This study determined the career aspirations, work attitudes, and employability skills among employees in selected private banking institutions across Metro Manila to serve as the basis for the CARE (Career Advancement, Resilience and Empowerment) Program. Utilizing a quantitative approach, the research employed a descriptive-correlational research design to examine the relationships between the three key organizational variables. Data were gathered using a researcher-made questionnaire that underwent rigorous content validation and yielded a high computed Cronbach’s alpha, ensuring high reliability and internal consistency across all sub-scales. Descriptive statistical analysis revealed that the respondents’ career aspiration obtained a weighted mean of 2.42, while work attitude registered a weighted mean of 2.33. Meanwhile, the respondents demonstrated a higher rating in employability skills, securing a weighted mean of 2.94. Inferential analysis yielded a computed r-value of 0.462, indicating a statistically significant moderate positive correlation among career aspirations, work attitudes, and employability skills. These empirical results demonstrate that higher career ambitions and constructive workplace behaviors directly align with enhanced professional competencies. To address the findings, a proposed one-year CARE Program was crafted. This interventions-based framework focuses on structured career advancement pathways, building psychological resilience in high-demand environments, and workplace empowerment. The program aims to optimize employee performance, bridge skill gaps, and strengthen workforce retention within the competitive private banking sector in Metro Manila. |
