Abstract The Present research paper an attempt the MHD mixed squeezing flow of a Cu–Al₂O₃–Ag/ethylene-glycol ternary nanofluid in a rotating channel is examined in this work under the combined impacts of activation energy, thermal radiation, and non-uniform heat sources. Magnetic-field effects, rotational motion, radiative heat transmission, irregular heat generation, and temperature-dependent chemical reactions are all included in the formulation of the governing nonlinear momentum, energy, and concentration equations. The governing equations are reduced to set of ordinary differential equations and then numerically solved by employing Runge-Kutta-Fehlberg fourth-fifth order method. Effect of pertinent parameters on velocity, temperature and nano-concentration fields is examined through the plots. Skin-friction coefficients, Nusselt number and Sherwood number for different variations are studied numerically. The authors have hope that the results obtained in the present study not only provide useful information for applications, it also serves as a complement to the previous studies.
