Job Satisfaction among School Teachers in Tirupur District, Tamil Nadu

Abstract Teachers serve as the foundation of our society. They are crucial in nurturing the knowledge and abilities of young individuals. This research seeks to explore the job satisfaction levels among school educators. A total of fifty participants from private schools and fifty from government schools took part in this study. The data gathered was analyzed using descriptive statistics with SPSS. Upon comparing the job satisfaction levels of teachers from private and government institutions, it was determined that there is no significant difference in their satisfaction levels, regardless of gender.
