| Abstract | AI is increasingly used in HRM for recruitment, performance evaluation, and workforce decisions. However, employees may notice problems with AI-driven decisions but remain silent. This study introduces Digital Silence and develops a conceptual model explaining how HRM practices can reduce it and strengthen trust in AI, while considering algorithmic opacity as a key boundary condition. |
