| Abstract | This study examined how the integration of PhET Simulations and laboratory activities enhanced the academic performance of students in selected topics in genetics at Bonzo Kaku Senior High School in Ghana. The researher adopted the pragmatic action research design grounded in Kolb's Experiential Learning Theory. The researcher used a convergent parallel mixed- method framework, gathering both quantitative and qualitative data from a purposively selected group of 212 third-year students. Teaching interventions incorporating PhET Simulations and practical laboratory work were designed to address key genetics concepts, including gene expression, inheritance patterns, and chromomal behaviour. |
