| Abstract | Tobacco dependence is a major global public health crisis associated with high morbidity and mortality. Conventional pharmacological strategies—including Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) and varenicline—face limitations such as adverse drug reactions, high cost, and high relapse rates. Homeopathy offers a safe, individualized, and patient-centered complementary approach, but the clinical utility of specific remedies selected via systematic repertorization remains under-documented. |
