| Abstract | Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as one of the most transformative technologies of the twenty-first century. It is reshaping industries, changing business models, and redefining how organizations compete in global markets. Traditional sources of competitive advantage, such as access to capital, economies of scale, and proprietary resources, are becoming less sustainable as AI becomes more widely available. This paper explores how AI is changing the nature of competitive advantage and examines the key factors that will determine business success in the future. It argues that organizations will increasingly rely on innovation, data quality, ethical AI practices, human-AI collaboration, and continuous learning to maintain a competitive edge. |
