Abstract Carbon-based nanomaterials such as graphene, carbon nanotubes, fullerenes, and carbon quantum dots offer promising solutions for advanced semiconductor technologies through enhanced charge transport, tunable electronic properties, and flexible device integration. This review highlights their applications in electronics, sensors, optoelectronics, energy systems, and sustainable bioelectronics, while addressing challenges related to scalability, manufacturing, compatibility, and environmental safety.
