Abstract	This is case of abrasive multiple facial fractures of a 70 year old male who had met with a road traffic accident in November 2025 He got admitted to the MGM Hospital for medical management and was seen in the SICU (Surgical Intensive Care Unit). His medical diagnosis was blunt trauma to face with panfacial fracture . He had gone through a plastic surgery and referred for Neuro and Chest physiotherapy in the SICU.
