| Abstract | The present study examines the increasing influence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the financial industry, focusing on its applications in fraud detection, credit assessment, risk management, investment analysis, customer service, regulatory compliance, and financial forecasting. Based on recent academic literature, industry developments, and institutional publications, the study highlights how AI technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, predictive analytics, and generative AI are improving operational efficiency and financial decision-making. The study also examines key challenges, including data privacy, cybersecurity, algorithmic bias, ethical concerns, regulatory requirements, and workforce transformation. The findings highlight AI as a strategic driver of innovation and sustainable growth, while emphasizing the importance of responsible governance, transparency, and human oversight for its effective adoption in financial services. |
