Abstract Artificial Intelligence (AI) is changing the way organizations work and make decisions very quickly, especially in the field of Human Resource Management (HRM). The incorporation of AI technologies, including machine learning, predictive analytics, and automated systems, has improved the efficiency and effectiveness of HR tasks like hiring, onboarding, managing performance, and developing employees. This study analyzes the changing relationship between Artificial Intelligence and Human Resource practices, exploring how AI-driven systems enhance organizational performance and employee experience. The study employs a mixed methodological framework, utilizing both primary and secondary data sources. Primary data were obtained via a structured questionnaire distributed to HR professionals, whereas secondary data were sourced from established academic literature. The findings indicate that AI enhances HR processes by reducing manual workload, improving decision accuracy, and enabling data-driven workforce management. But there are still big problems to think about, like ethical issues, system integration, and getting employees to accept the changes. The study concludes that AI serves as a supportive technological force that enhances HR capabilities while preserving the significance of human-centered management practices.
