| Abstract | Abstract: Current in research Northeast India Sixth Scheduled in the area local governance functionality Tripura Tribe Areas Autonomous District Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council (TTAADC ) a field survey through analysis to do research has been done . Original purpose is TTAADC 's administrative structure , local In governance of introduction, democratic decentralization implementation , good governance various index and tribal population social , economic and political In development of contribution evaluation to do the research . A field survey based following mixed methods by managed happened , where primary and secondary both Kind information usage to do information collection for questionnaire, interview , direct observation and various government and academic source information analysis to do it happened . Research results from apparently is that , TTAADC Tripura Tribe Inhabited In the area Local Self-Government, development planning , cultural introduction reservation and democratic participation in growth important introduction keeping doing . However enough financial autonomy lack , administrative power limitations, institutional soordination shortage , skilled human resources shortage and people's participation limitations like various challenge of effectiveness affected doing research. More see goes that is , good governance basic policy — e.g. Transparency , accountability , participation , rule of law governance and administrative skills — more powerfully implementation to do if local governance more effective and people-oriented become to get up can. The study In conclusion Instructions by that is , TTAADC North East India Sixth Scheduled In the area democratic decentralization and tribalism autonomy a important constitutional institution . Functionality more growth to do for administrative and financial power strong, institutional ability growth , it-driven administration, local people's participation confirmation and state government and council in effective coordination essential . Research results local governance , good governance and tribal autonomy on the subject existing knowledge base rich will do and In future research and policymaking a evidence-based foundation payment will do. |
