Abstract	Human consciousness cannot simultaneously possess the same state of awareness of both the Reality of God and the existence of the Universe within the ordinary framework of space-time; as consciousness approaches a higher order, its relation to space-time approaches a limiting condition. Spiritual-Self (Spirit & Gnosis) and Natural-self (Body & Mind). The Dual nature of Human being, the self in its inner life has two phases, subsequent to its natural (mind) and spiritual (spirit) existence. The natural-self (Body & Mind) of Human Being is integrated with space-time and therefore the space is to time what body is to mind. The Spiritual-self or Spirit of Human Being is only ultimate reality and this reality is independent of space-time. Human Being is the Quantum Bio-machine exists within and without (beyond) space-time installed with Spiritual-self and natural-self. Humanity is fundamentally one. Although human beings may differ in religion, caste, creed, colour, culture, nationality, abilities, and personal characteristics, every human being shares the fundamental reality of human existence and consciousness. No artificial division should diminish the equal dignity and value of another human being. The Human Duality Principle therefore calls humanity toward unity, peace, love, mutual respect, and recognition of our common human foundation
