Efficient Synthesis, Characterization and Biological Activity of Tetrazole- Derivatives

Abstract A few derivatives of Tetrazole were synthesised by copper mediated N-arylation. The compounds synthesisedwere characterized by spectral analysis. These compounds were screened for biological activity and found to inhibit L1210 leukemia cell Proliferation and SK-BR-3 breast cancer cell growth.
