| Abstract | Unemployment is the biggest challenge in India along with non-availability of skilled workers. Though, most of the time, the problem is not the availability of the job, but the mismatch or lack of skills to carry out a particular job. The National Education Policy 2020 will act as an upgrade for transforming the education system to increment people in the future's employability. The NEP 2020 puts major areas of strength for an on work joy, underscoring the meaning of education in giving understudies the vital abilities. NEP 2020 concentrates, the significance of training in furnishing understudies with the abilities they need. This Paper centers around what NEP 2020 assume a significant part for employability. |
