| Abstract | ABSTRACT: This study examines how digital transformation influences organizational operations, competitiveness, stakeholder engagement, and traditional business models in the contemporary business environment. As technological advancements accelerate, conventional business practices based on manual processes, hierarchical structures, and limited technological integration are increasingly insufficient to meet the demands of dynamic markets. The study explores how the integration of digital technologies across organizational functions reshapes business processes, organizational culture, customer experiences, decision-making, and business models. It also highlights practical ways organizations can use digital technologies to strengthen and renew existing strategies rather than simply disrupt established business models. The study adopts a mixed-methods approach based entirely on secondary data. The qualitative component draws on academic journals, research papers, published case studies, company annual reports, industry reports, and other relevant documents to examine changes in customer experience, revenue models, operational processes, and technology integration. The quantitative component uses numerical data from annual reports, financial databases, government publications, and industry reports to assess key performance indicators such as profitability, revenue growth, operational efficiency, and market competitiveness. The findings indicate that digital transformation enhances customer accessibility, satisfaction, and personalization while improving operational efficiency, organizational agility, and data-driven decision-making. It also enables businesses to scale operations, diversify revenue streams, and respond effectively to changing market conditions. However, digital transformation intensifies global competition and increases the need for skilled, adaptable employees who can learn and upskill continuously. Overall, digital transformation serves as a strategic approach for strengthening business performance, adaptability, and long-term competitiveness. |
