Abstract	Financial literacy plays an important role in helping individuals make informed decisions about saving, spending, investment, and financial planning. This study, titled “A Study on Financial Literacy and Financial Behavior among College Students: A Case Study of Wangcha Rajkumar Government College, Deomali,” examines the level of financial literacy and financial behavior among college students. The study focuses on students’ knowledge of basic financial concepts, saving habits, investment awareness, budgeting practices, and participation in financial activities. Primary data are collected through a structured questionnaire, supported by relevant secondary sources. The collected data are analyzed using suitable descriptive and statistical methods. The study also examines the gap between students’ financial awareness and their actual financial participation. The findings are expected to highlight the importance of financial education in developing informed and responsible financial behavior among college students.
