| Abstract | Abstract The establishment and successful management of preschool institutions require strong leadership, community trust, effective human resource management, and innovative educational practices. This case study explores the journey of The Little Rainbow Play School, Indore, from its establishment in December 2023 to its growth as a preschool serving more than 70 students by 2026. The study examines the major challenges faced during the establishment phase, including parent trust building, teacher recruitment and retention, and enrollment growth. It also documents the strategies adopted to address these challenges through parent engagement, personalized communication, staff development, activity-based learning practices, and educational entrepreneurship. Parent feedback data indicated a high level of satisfaction with teaching quality, communication, administration, and overall school management. The findings suggest that educational entrepreneurship, effective leadership, and continuous parent-school collaboration play a critical role in the sustainability and growth of preschool institutions. The study provides practical insights for aspiring preschool founders and educational leaders operating in emerging urban communities. |
