| Abstract | Skill development is important in order to create employment. When we want to develop or inherit a new skill, practice should be focused upon. When a startup is set up, we need USP (Unique Selling Proposition), for what that particular business is so special and what unique activities are held in that particular startup. We will talk in this paper about women and young aspirants who want to start their own venture, how can we create a Viksit Bharat together. The main crucial step for setting up your own startup is an ‘idea’. Skills are not just for learning new techniques, skills are used to enhance the quality of the product that is presentable and pleasing to the eyes. 268 million dollars were raised in seed funding in the year 2024 by the tech-city, Bengaluru. |
