Diagnostic Accuracy of Bilateral Lower Limb Traction Test in Discogenic Low Back Pain

Abstract	Low back pain (LBP) is a common reason for pain and disability. Mechanical back pain is considered a common form of LBP, and intervertebral disc pathology is one form of mechanical LBP. Though imaging identifies disc pathology, the image findings must be correlated with the physical examination. Physical examination tests like the SLUMP test and Straight leg raise test are widely used. This study evaluate a new test called the bilateral lower limb traction test (BLTT) as a form of lumbar distraction test to help in diagnosing discogenic low back pain.
