Strategic Supplier Relationship Management in EMS Companies: Evidence from Telangana’s  Twin Cities

Abstract	This study examines strategic supplier relationship management in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) companies in the Twin Cities of Telangana. The study analyzes supplier relationship management practices, supplier collaboration, supplier performance, logistics and supply chain efficiency, and operational performance. Three hundred and forty-four people, including electronic component suppliers, EMS providers, logistics service providers, and electronic maker, participated in the study. Both supplier performance and logistical efficiency are favorably affected by supplier relationship management strategies, according to the data. Supplier collaboration also improves logistics and supply chain efficiency, while supplier performance and logistics efficiency enhance operational performance. The study concludes that strong supplier relationships improve EMS competitiveness.
