Abstract	Abstract: Introduction: Sphenoid fracture is rarely happening fracture when it's get associated with mandibular movements and how it is get treated.Patients complaint is preauricular pain and neck pain without systemic illness.Intervention: Occlusal soft splint was given.Outcome: Patient was painless and felt relieved. Conclusion: Many cases we encounter now are related to TMJ rather than other causes, So it's essential to properly examine the patient and should have different treatment plans.
