Abstract Inclusive education emphasizes the significance of collaborative relationships between educational institutions and families in the support of learners with disabilities in particular through the proficient implementation of the Individualized Education Program (IEP). This research investigated the lived experiences of general and special education instructors concerning their collaboration with parents throughout the Individualized Education Program (IEP) process within select schools in Cebu City during the 2024–2025 academic year, thereby informing proposed implications for practice.
