| Abstract | Abstract Employee recovery and resilience have emerged as critical determinants of sustainable performance and well-being in contemporary workplaces. This study explores how psychological resources—such as self-efficacy, optimism, and emotional regulation—interact with organizational support systems to shape employees’ ability to recover from stress and adapt to challenges. Drawing on theories of positive organizational behavior and conservation of resources, the paper highlights the synergistic role of individual strengths and supportive organizational practices in fostering resilience. Empirical evidence suggests that when employees perceive strong organizational support, their psychological resources are more effectively mobilized, leading to enhanced recovery experiences, reduced burnout, and greater adaptability in dynamic work environments. The findings underscore the importance of cultivating both personal and organizational capacities to build resilient workforces, offering practical implications for HR strategies, leadership development, and workplace well-being initiatives |
