| Abstract | Neurovexa is a multimodal AI platform that combines EEG signal analysis and eye-image processing for neurological screening. It analyzes EEG frequency bands and epileptic activity while using U-Net-based eye segmentation to assess glaucoma-related features. A transformer with multi-head attention integrates these multimodal features for disease classification, achieving reported accuracies of 96.2% overall, 98.4% for epilepsy, and 96.8% for glaucoma. The platform also provides SHAP-based explanations, PDF reports, and cloud-based results, supporting remote monitoring, research, and clinical decision support. |
