| Abstract | Drug-drug interactions (DDIs) are an important cause of medication-related problems among critically ill patients admitted to intensive care units. The complex treatment regimens and polypharmacy commonly used in ICU patients increase the risk of clinically significant drug interactions, which may affect treatment outcomes and patient safety. Therefore, early identification and appropriate management of potential drug-drug interactions are important in critical care practice. |
