Homo Corruptus and Machina Corrupta: Corruption Forms in Human–Humanoid Coexistence

Author(s) Prof. Dr. Dimitris Prontzas
Country Greece
Abstract This article introduces the question of whether corruption forms may emerge from the coexistence of humans and humanoid artificial intelligence systems and the interaction between human and artificial pursuits. Building on the Corruption Phenomenon Theory, it examines whether non-human pursuit agents may affect the development and utilisation of existing corruption forms or contribute to new ones. The concepts of artificial pursuit and Machina Corrupta are defined, and a theoretical typology of human–artificial pursuit interactions is proposed. Rather than predicting technological developments, the article establishes a field of inquiry into corruption forms under conditions of emerging hybrid social coexistence.
Keywords Corruption Phenomenon, Corruption Forms, Homo Corruptus, Machina Corrupta, Artificial Pursuit, Human–Humanoid Coexistence.
