| Abstract | The increasing adoption of work-from-home arrangements has transformed how em-ployees manage occupational and family responsibilities, particularly among working parents. This study examined the relationship between productivity and psychological well-being among parents working from home in Baguio City, Philippines. A quanti-tative descriptive-correlational research design was employed. Productivity was as-sessed in terms of task performance, contextual performance, and counterproductive work behavior using the Individual Work Performance Questionnaire, while psycho-logical well-being was examined through autonomy, environmental mastery, personal growth, positive relations with others, purpose in life, and self-acceptance using Ryff’s Psychological Well-Being Scale. Data were collected through an online survey and analyzed using descriptive statistics and Pearson product-moment correlation. The findings indicated high levels of task and contextual performance among work-from-home parents. Psychological well-being varied across its dimensions, with relatively stronger ratings in autonomy, purpose in life, and self-acceptance. Signifi-cant relationships were also observed between several dimensions of psychological well-being and work behavior. The findings highlight the importance of workplace and family support mechanisms that promote psychological well-being while ena-bling parents to remain effective in remote-working environments. |
