| Abstract | The adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in higher education is transforming the way communication skills and employability competencies are developed among students. This study examines the impact of the Yoodli AI speech coaching platform on communication skill development among students in higher education institutions in Pune. The research combines secondary literature review with a simulated survey dataset representing 120 student responses to analyze awareness, confidence improvement, skill enhancement, and interview readiness. The findings indicate that AI-driven speech coaching tools significantly enhance communication confidence, presentation effectiveness, and employability readiness among students. |
