Abstract This study examined visitor satisfaction and revisit intention at Lakay Ago Nature’s Park in Agoo, La Union. Using a quantitative, cross-sectional, descriptive-correlational design, data were gathered from 150 visitors through a researcher-developed questionnaire. Results showed that visitors were satisfied with attractions and facilities (M = 3.99), staff service (M = 3.81), cleanliness and environmental condition (M = 3.96), price and value for money (M = 3.85), and food and beverage products (M = 4.05). Revisit intention was high (M = 3.96). All satisfaction dimensions showed significant positive relationships with revisit intention, with Attractions and Facilities having the largest observed correlation coefficient (r = .648). The findings suggest that favorable visitor experiences corresponded with stronger intentions to revisit the park. The results may serve as a basis for improving selected aspects of the visitor experience and supporting park management in planning appropriate enhancements. Based on the findings, a Visitor Experience Enhancement Plan was proposed.
