Abstract This is a web-based application named "Sahara for Divyangjan" which gives details on subjects such as schemes, scholarships and institutional support system at a click of a button. This application aims at providing all relevant information pertaining to the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPwD) including its various acts, rules, regulations, schemes, employment opportunities. In which we include voice assistance or in picturised format for different disable ones. It also comes with a text to speech converter through which an disabled person can access the website easily without any hesitation.
