Abstract | This research aims to explore the extent to which social media influences recruitment focusing on candidate experience. Candidate experience refers to the perception and interaction a job seeker has with an organization throughout the recruitment process. The independent variable is the social media with its dimensions like Employee branding, Engagement with recruiter, Frequency of usage, and Literacy of the candidate in using social media. The dependent variable is the Candidate experience on recruitment through social media.The findings of this research will provide valuable insights for HR professionals and organizations looking to leverage social media effectively in their recruitment efforts. The study will offer recommendations on best practices for using social media to create a seamless and engaging candidate experience, ultimately leading to more successful hiring outcomes |
