Abstract | This study looks at how employees can help raise awareness about mental health issues in the workplace. It focuses on the small but meaningful ways individuals support their colleagues—through conversations, sharing experiences, or simply being present. The research shows that when employees speak openly about mental health, it encourages others to do the same, helping to break down stigma and build a more supportive environment. Data was gathered through surveys with employees from different backgrounds to understand their role in promoting mental well-being. While many are willing to help, some feel unsure or lack the confidence to step forward without proper support. The study suggests that organizations should offer training, create safe spaces for dialogue, and recognize those who advocate for mental health. Overall, it highlights how everyday actions by employees can make a big difference in creating a mentally healthy workplace. |
