Organization efficiency enhancement by DNA Technologies

Abstract | This paper explores the innovative application of DNA technologies in enhancing organizational efficiency. By analyzing genetic traits and Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms (SNPs), DNA testing can reveal individual talents, personality traits, cognitive abilities, and behavioral patterns. These insights help in aligning people with suitable roles, improving career planning, and optimizing team dynamics. Furthermore, regional DNA-based traits—shaped by shared environments, culture, and lifestyle—can influence collective behavior and preferences. Integrating these traits into organizational culture through architecture, design, and daily practices can significantly boost employee productivity, stress tolerance, and workplace satisfaction, offering a potential 20–30% increase in efficiency |
