Abstract | It is an undeniable fact that artificial intelligence is widely used in human resource management. The primary aim of this research is to offer significant perspectives on the global environment and structure of publications about artificial intelligence (AI) in human resource management (HRM). A wealth of information was found by the researchers when they searched the reputable scientific database Scopus. Initially, the search parameters provide 1926 documents covering the years 2014–2024. 477 documents have been gathered for review, with the subject matter limited to accounting, management, and business. In addition to a bibliometric analysis of articles, journals, indexes, authors' affiliations, citations, keyword co-occurrences, and co-authorship analysis, our thorough synthesis of search results yielded strong results. These included the volume of publications, growth rate, and distribution of research across journals and institutions. All things considered, bibliometric analysis improves our comprehension of academic research, promotes teamwork, and directs future lines of inquiry. The VOS viewer program is used to analyze these documents. Our analysis supports earlier studies that recognize AI's potential to transform HR administration and the nature of work in the future. Our study adds crucial insights and suggestions for further research to the expanding corpus of knowledge on AI and HR management. |
