Abstract | Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS), a prevalent occupational health concern in the digitalage, encompasses a range of visual and extra-visual symptoms resulting from prolongedexposure to digital screens. Conventional management includes ergonomic correction,artificial tears, and blue-light filters. However, complementary therapies like Padabhyanga,particularly those using Goghrit (medicated cow ghee), are gaining attention for their holisticbenefits.
