Abstract | Teaching is an ever ending process and approaches what we follow will definitely impact the learners. According to Anthony’s model, approach is the level at which assumptions and beliefs about language and language learning are specified, method is the level at which theory is put into practice and at which choices are made about the particular skills to be taught, the content to be tough, and the order in which the content will be presented; technique is the level at which classroom procedures are described. This paper explores the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into English Language Teaching (ELT), highlighting future approaches and instructional methods. AI's growing presence in education offers numerous possibilities, including personalized learning, intelligent feedback, and virtual tutoring. This study examines how AI tools are reshaping traditional teaching roles, the implications for learners and educators, and the challenges of implementing such technologies. The paper concludes that AI, while not a replacement for educators, is a powerful ally in advancing language instruction. |
