| Abstract | In Bhagavad-Gita, a lot is said about the Spiritual Management. The knowledge of spirituality and the involvement in that path, increase the ability of a person in many fronts. The person, who believes in rightful actions, will gain the knowledge of spiritual aspects and works for attaining the destination. Devotion to work is devotion to Supreme and for that spiritual knowledge is essential. Many aspects are derived herein based on the teachings of Lord Krishna in Bhagavad-Gita, those are helpful to proceed in the path of spirituality and in making right actions in day-to-day life as well. About the Spiritual Quotient, Knowledge & Ignorance, about the Supreme, Types of devotees, Destiny in spirituality and most importantly, the characteristics of the people required in Spiritual Management are derived and described herein those are helpful for liberation and for self-elevation in life as explained by Lord Krishna in Bhagavad-Gita. |
