Abstract The recently introduced education policy is of great significance in contemporary India. It will prioritize creativity and innovation. This research paper examines the National Education Policy 2020 and its potential to enhance job opportunities. Over time, changes in educational policy are essential for ensuring that the nation progresses efficiently and quickly. The aim of the education policy is not merely to deliver theoretical knowledge but also to equip students with practical insights, thereby boosting their mental and intellectual faculties. Educational advancement can speed up a country's growth, and it is through education that securing a job becomes more achievable. Previously, technology was not as advanced, but current advancements are rapid, and individuals are shifting towards modern technology. In light of this, students must receive both theoretical understanding and practical, technical skills to improve their capabilities and shape a promising future.
