| Abstract | Mental health is a balanced state of cognitive, behavioral, and emotional aspects of a human being. The word ‘mental health’ refers to the completeness and soundness of the mental state. Mental health is wellness that is more than the absence of mental disorders. In the present time, B.Ed. trainee teachers face various mental problems due to academic pressure, social expectations, family responsibilities, and future uncertainty. This study aims to explore many important facts about the mental health of B.Ed. trainee teachers. The researcher used a descriptive survey method for this study. This study revealed that there have been differences in mental health between male and female trainee teachers. In this study, a statistically insignificant difference in mental health has been found in terms of socio-economic status.
