Abstract	Modernization is a process ascribed with intricacies; it encompasses all aspects of human society. Thus, it develops a route for social change owing to which it brings new outlooks to the social, economic and political life of individuals. Likewise, the concept of political modernization is also multi-layered in nature. It essentially deals with transformation and changes in the society such as political culture, political participation, growth of civil society organizations, free and independent medias, etc. those growth is however an ongoing process which differs from country to country.
