Method of Developing Sustainable Organizational Culture in Schools

| Abstract | Culture of any organization is very crucial for its day to day operations and progress. When people feel comfort, joy and association in the organization; they contribute more and the whole environment becomes easy & soothing. For the schools it is of vital importance to maintain such culture so that teachers can deliver up to the expectations of the students and maintain high standard consistently. This will lead to the rise in goodwill of the school and consequently the revenue will also rise. An effort has been made in this research work to find the method of developing sustainable way of developing feeling of joy among school teachers so that good organization culture can be maintained for long. Two groups of measures have been assessed in this research. First is sessions related to cooperation, team spirit and empathy and second is aligning activities with clear vision, mission & objectives. Comparative assessment of both has been done and it was found that second measure provides sustainable outcome that can contribute in the growth of schools. |
