Abstract Rajyoga meditation is a spiritually oriented contemplative practice that emphasizes self-awareness, mental clarity, and inner peace. This study examines the impact of Rajyoga meditation on self-concept improvement among industrial employees. A quasi-experimental design with pretest–posttest measures was used to assess self-concept changes following an 8-week Rajyoga meditation program. Results indicated a significant improvement in overall self-concept and reductions in perceived stress among participants, relative to a control group. Findings suggest that Rajyoga meditation may be an effective workplace intervention for enhancing psychological wellbeing and self-concept among industrial employees.
