| Abstract | The Flipped Classroom Model is an innovative pedagogical approach that reverses traditional teaching methods by delivering instructional content outside the classroom and engaging students in active learning during class time. This study explores the benefits and challenges of implementing the flipped classroom in school education. Using a qualitative and quantitative approach, the research highlights improved student engagement, better conceptual understanding, and enhanced teacher-student interaction. However, issues such as digital divide, lack of infrastructure, and resistance to change remain significant barriers. The study concludes with recommendations for effective implementation in Indian school contexts. |
