Role of Gen Z in Empowering Communities

Abstract	This paper explores the impact of Generation Z on empowerment within their respective communities by participating actively in community projects with an emphasis on the use of Universal Human Values. This is done using data collected through fieldwork carried out as part of several community development activities, which included awareness campaigns about hygiene, planting trees, teaching poor kids, and marketing activities within organizations. From the data obtained, there is evidence that shows that these interventions go a long way towards improving knowledge of hygiene, sustainability, and learning. They also enable youths to develop critical skills such as communication, teamwork, empathy, and leadership. Another key aspect of the study is the close link between the activities carried out by the youths and sustainable development practices associated with Universal Human Values.
