| Abstract | This project work presents a comprehensive study on the design and analysis of a skateboard-type electric vehicle chassis with battery integration system. It highlights the key design considerations, including weight distribution, structural integrity, and performance under various loading conditions. The primary objective is to ensure a high factor of safety by optimizing the chassis for strength. Additionally, the battery integration is evaluated with a focus on structural stability and frequency behavior. The analysis includes determining the natural frequencies of the chassis to prevent resonance and ensure reliable operation. |
